IMPORTANT: Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

7. Subscription and Billing
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kerosyne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
